With the Sea Life Discovery Plus program, you have the opportunity to interact with 3 of the most fun and lovely marine mammals species. We are sure that our manatees, sea lions, and dolphins will make your vacations unique, so prepare for a fantastic experience!

In order to live this enjoyable experience, first, you have to take a ferry and journey through the amazing crystal clear waters of Cancun. Aboard the ferry, you can enjoy the view of this endless Mexican Caribbean sea, in order to charge your energies for the fun that awaits you. After this relaxing journey, you’ll set foot on the facilities of Dolphin Discovery-Isla Mujeres, where you are able to live one of the most touching and fun experiences you may ever have!

The manatee will swim by you so you can caress it, then it will give you the biggest and most charming hug, followed by an adorable kiss. In addition, you’ll be able to create an unforgettable bond when you get to feed our chubby friend. You will learn many facts of this specie from our specialists, as well as their daily personalized diet and health programs. This will be undoubtedly a memorable experience for you and your family.

You can also enjoy the wonderful warm weather of Isla Mujeres and swim in our soothing pool or just relax by it on our comfortable lounge chairs.

Please note
    • Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone by paying the adult rate.
    • Children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft must be accompanied by a paying adult (1 adult per kid).
    • Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft must be accompanied by two paying adults (2 adults per kid).
    • Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants.

    For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale.

    The use of a life jacket is required in all water programs.

    What to bring
      • Bring cash for taxis, shopping, etc.
      • For safety reasons, expectant mothers of more than 5 months can't participate in any of our aquatic programs.
      • Expectant mothers of less than 5 months can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a waiver.
      • If you have any health or physical problem, or special needs, please contact our call center before booking your reservation so we can provide you with full information about our services.
      • It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.
